The best way to assist someone is by actively listening, understanding their needs, and providing clear, relevant solutions. Whether it’s answering a question, offering guidance, or solving a problem, tailoring support to their specific situation ensures effectiveness. Being empathetic, patient, and responsive helps build trust and encourages open communication. If assistance involves technical or specialized knowledge, breaking down information into simple, actionable steps can make it more accessible. Lastly, following up to ensure their needs are fully met enhances the experience and fosters long-term support.

I’m here for legit resources that actually help, not fluff. Networking’s fine, but make it real, not forced. But I would be opened to networking for sure

There has to be a mix-up between my profile sign-in and my Social Media Network sign-in. I was up to and almost through with the "Rockstar" level. I think it has to do with my changing my email address in late 2023 or early 2024 after having the fractured femur surgery. I lost almost ALL of my passwords and went to change my email address. I think somehow it all got messed up. I finished my Social Network Patient Leader Certification in 2024. But, my profile that is complete is not here. My original profile is totally complete. I will see if I can send my older email address and my new one to you. then you may be able to straighten them out and connect both the Social Media Network page and my correct Profile. Thanks so much, Rhia (Pam) p.s. Julie had gotten this fixed, but then she of course, had her own family issues, so somewhere, this got mixed up again.
