The Social Health Network is looking for Cardiovasular disease (CVD), heart health, and high cholesterol patient leaders active on Instagram and Facebook to participate in a unique opportunity to share stories and information from CardiovascularDisease.net.

Who We’re Looking For:

CVD, heart health, and high cholesterol patient leaders who have a public Instagram and Facebook page that would be willing to co-create social campaigns to help other patients and caregivers get connected to the resources published on CardiovascularDisease.net. Having a public Facebook and Instagram page is a requirement for this opportunity.

What’s Involved?

• Authenticate your social media pages (Instagram & Facebook) to help amplify stories and resources on CardiovascularDisease.net.
• Co-create social content to increase authentic reach within theCVD, heart health, and high cholesterol community.

For your time and expertise, you would be compensated around $650. Exact compensation will be determined by the number of deliverables agreed upon at time of contracting.
