Compensated Video Interview for HER2- Breast Cancer Patient Leaders

The Social Health Network is looking for engaged breast cancer Patient Leaders who are living with HER2- breast cancer to share their journey on a video interview to help raise awareness about life with HER2- breast cancer.

What’s Involved?

• A video interview with other Patient Leaders to share insights about living with HER2- breast cancer. This interview will be used to create videos for this project. This will take about 1-2 hours of your time.
• Submit original photos of you based on our photo guide. You will not need a professional photographer, just a phone that can take high-resolution photos.

For your time and expertise, you would be compensated around $475 for this opportunity. Exact compensation will be determined by the deliverables agreed upon during contracting.
