Spreading Hope in the Chaos

For most of my life, I lived under the wrong labels — depression and anxiety. No matter what treatments I tried, I felt like I was failing because nothing truly worked. At 32 years old, I finally received the correct diagnosis: bipolar II disorder. That moment changed everything. For the first time, my experiences made sense, and I could access the right treatment, tools, and support.

The journey hasn’t been easy. Living with bipolar means navigating ups and downs, moments of chaos, and times when hope feels far away. But it has also taught me resilience, compassion, and the power of speaking out.

Today, I’ve turned my pain into purpose. I am an advocate, podcast host, speaker, and author. Through my podcast I Am Hope in the Chaos, my children’s book Hope’s Journey: Finding the Light, social media, and public speaking, I work to break stigma and remind others they’re not alone.

My passion is helping patients and caregivers feel seen, validated, and supported. If I can help even one person feel less invisible than I once did, then every part of my story has been worth it.
